Mrs Natalie Lee

Natalie has over 20 years of experience as an Early Year’s teacher which has included teaching across Nursery and Reception and leading and outstanding nursery setting.

Natalie is passionate about child development and is committed to developing successful, confident children who are prepared for their future through providing them with an engaging environment and meaningful experiences.

Natalie is a fully qualified Forest school teacher and has transformed the Early Years curriculum at OLS to incorporate opportunities for outdoor learning. Natalie is as advocate for outside learning and knows it is key to a child’s development.

Natalie holds the national leadership qualifications NPQLT and is currently completing the NPQSL.
