CAFOD Workshop

KS2 children worked with a member of CAFOD to develop their understanding of the challenges that face refugees around the world. They worked in groups to simulate families; they thought about the challenges and obstacles they would face and how to overcome these. What items would be important to carry? Which ones would be practical? How could they meet the needs of their family members? This was a thoroughly enjoyable and insightful day for all the children.
