Jewellery

On health and safety grounds we do not allow children to wear jewellery in school. We do not encourage earrings. However, if ears are pierced, only studs should be worn. We ask the children to either remove or cover earrings with a plaster or tape to prevent them from causing injury during P.E./Games lessons. In exceptional circumstances we permit children to wear medical wristbands if this has been recommended by a GP/Paediatrician.

Watches

Only watches that are not classed at ‘smart watches’ can be worn in school. Watches must be limited to the following functions – Telling time and counting steps.
